The Ensley Merchants Association, Ensley Alive, and REV Birmingham joined forces to end the lunchtime void in Downtown Ensley. Ensley Eats, a lunchtime food truck event held May 3rd, was a huge success! Much gratitude to Rom and the crew with Cantina on Wheels, David of Magic City Sweet Ice, and KISS 98.7 who helped create the kind of vibrancy that Ensley wants to see more of in the future. Ensley Merchants banded together to accomplish the first of several goals for the year: to create an event that allows Birmingham to see Ensley in a new light. Thank you to all those who came out, we hope you had great time, and we’re already planning the next event! Check out the Ensley Eats event page for details.
The two properties serve two sides of the same purpose—to expose people to art.
