In a few short months (can you believe it’s already March?!), we’ll be ready to reveal the next tenant in our revolving restaurant accelerator, REVeal Kitchen in The Pizitz Food Hall. This innovative idea was driven by a desire to support local aspiring restauranteurs by providing them with a low-cost, low-barrier way to prove their business works. Soon, we’ll start taking applications for the next REVeal Kitchen occupant. This fall, the REV team is doing some new REV things, with a demonstration project designed to prove and improve downtown Birmingham’s market for more retail.
